The Be Your Best You Program
The Be Your Best You Program is a transformative, three-month Telehealth program that offers personalized nutrition assessments, goal setting, and ongoing support to optimize health, performance, and well-being across areas like weight management, sports nutrition, mental health, and more.

Mandarine’s Be your Best You journey will commence with a three-month intensive period via Telehealth.

We will kick start with a 50-minute nutritional assessment, during which we will define your performance goals and explore your usual dietary habits and preferences.

This will be followed by two x 50-minute sessions, during which we will define specific nutritional goals and objectives and provide you with personalised dietary recommendations.

Three review sessions of 25 minutes duration are then scheduled to review your progress, refine your tactics and to answer any further questions that you may have.

Furthermore, you may like to take advantage of an optional nutrition coach service; a weekly 15-minute phone or email check in, for regular nutrition coaching support, to assist you as these habits become automated.
